Nantong Qiangsheng New Materials Technology, located in the Rudong Economic Development Zone, is accelerating its high-quality growth through a comprehensive strategy that combines product innovation, brand development, and intelligent manufacturing.

A key highlight of this transformation is the company's newly upgraded factory, built with an investment of 38 million yuan ($5.31 million), which is now fully operational. At the heart of the facility are two cutting-edge intelligent production lines that feature a "quick switch" function, capable of shifting between different glove types. "This rapid changeover allows us to respond to orders quicker and keeps the product yield rate above 99 percent," said Li Qiang, deputy plant director.

The facility also features an intelligent logistics center where goods are automatically moved in and out of storage, with data integrating into the system in real time. This has significantly reduced labor demand while improving inventory accuracy.

Backed by a skilled R&D team, Qiangsheng has made several technological breakthroughs. Its proprietary graphene fiber gloves meet the highest ANSI cut resistance level of 9, while the company's 24-gauge knitted gloves achieve cut protection levels of 3 to 6 — without using steel or fiberglass — offering both safety and comfort.

Qiangsheng has successfully placed its graphene gloves into the supply chains of global giants including Tesla, US Steel, Ford, and Siemens. The company expects overseas glove sales to reach $40 million this year, up 30 percent year-on-year.

The company also plans to repurpose 40,000 square meters of its former plant to launch a graphene 3D printing filament project, which is expected to increase sales by 800 million yuan.
