Dioo Microcircuits, a leading manufacturer of analog chips in Asia, launched China's first ultra-low leakage current high-speed switch in June. Founded 15 years ago, the company has grown from a startup to an industry leader with support from Nantong's Jianghai Talent Plan.
Over 15 years, the Plan has allocated more than 1 billion yuan ($139.41 million) to 913 talented teams. The startups supported by the Plan have achieved 58.26 billion yuan in sales, 1.93 billion yuan in profit, and 2.95 billion yuan in tax revenue. The plan has also helped develop unicorn companies and national "little giant" firms, boosting economic and technological progress.
The success of the Jianghai Talent Plan demonstrates Nantong's dedication to fostering innovation and attracting top talent. By providing significant funding and support, the city has established a thriving environment for startups and high-tech enterprises.
