Students from the School of Art at Nantong University embarked on a wall-painting journey on July 1 on Sijie street, a millennium-old block in Chongchuan district, Nantong.

The students carefully adorned the walls with vibrant colors and creative designs. The murals not only make the street more beautiful but also help draw attention to its historical and cultural significance, showcasing the close connection between art and everyday life.

Sijie street boasts a rich historical and cultural heritage. Through their brushstrokes, the students have added a fresh, modern touch to the old street, creating a vibrant fusion of tradition and modernity that breathes new life into the historic block.
