Jiangsu Hengtong Electronic Wire & Cable Co has achieved the ISO56005-based Innovation and Intellectual Property (IP) Management Capability Level 1 certificate. This designates Hengtong as the first enterprise in Haimen to achieve this certification, representing a milestone in regional IP management advancement.

The ISO56005 standard, introduced and promoted by China, is recognized as the country's first international standard for IP management and serves as a key component of the global framework for innovation management.

Since its establishment in 2000, Hengtong has made investments in advanced automotive wire production and testing equipment sourced from Germany, Switzerland, Austria, and South Korea. The company boasts a portfolio of over 90 invention and utility model patents and has received provincial and national awards for its innovative products.

This certification signifies the company's dedication to complying with international IP management standards, enhancing its competitive position on a global scale. Furthermore, 14 enterprises in Haimen completed IP management system certification in 2024.
