Farui Electric, a high-tech electrical equipment manufacturer based in Rudong county, has been selected for the first group of Jiangsu province's 2025 Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative (SRDI) Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, according to a recent public notice from the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology.

Founded in 2006, Farui Electric specializes in the R&D, production, and sales of high-voltage ring main unit (RMU) equipment and related components. The company operates advanced production and testing lines with world-class technologies, including laser cutting machines, CNC equipment, robotic welding systems, and fully automatic vacuum leak detection systems. Its products are widely used in power distribution systems, industrial infrastructure, and urban construction projects.

Committed to technological innovation, Farui Electric has established a strong collaboration with Soochow University. Over the years, the company has developed over 50 patented products, including touchable busbar connectors, power cabinets for fully insulated RMUs, explosion-proof switchgear, intelligent switchgear, and outdoor cabinets designed for easy maintenance.

With Farui Electric's recent inclusion, Rudong now boasts 93 provincial-level SRDI SMEs and 15 national-level ones, underscoring the county's growing strength in advanced manufacturing and innovation.
