Nantong in East China's Jiangsu province is home to numerous scenic spots and profound cultural elements. To facilitate the tour of international visitors, we have designed unique travel itineraries for visitors from various countries. Here is one of the two recommended travel itineraries for Southeast Asian tourists.
Theme: Red culture and natural scenery
【DAY 1】 In the morning, visit the Memorial Hall of the Seven Battles and Seven Victories located in Middle Jiangsu. This site provides an opportunity to gain insights into classic battles in Chinese military history. Explore the exhibition room dedicated to the accomplishments of the Jiaoxie Red Flag Militia Brigade, which commemorates their contributions during the resistance against the Japanese invasion.
In the afternoon, visit the Memorial Hall of the 14th Army of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army, where the history, establishment, armed struggles, and main reasons for failures are authentically displayed.

【DAY 2】In the morning, explore the Urban Green Valley to discover the Sino-Western style garden and witness the exhibitions about Zhang Jian (1853-1926) and his brother's establishment of the Nantong Baotan Association, as well as the efforts of Dutch water management expert for the water conservancy in Nantong.
In the afternoon, step into the Nantong Grand Theatre, a palace of elegant arts, to appreciate the beauty of modern architecture. Visit the Nantong Art Museum with the design concept of "blooming colors - art kaleidoscope" to explore the ongoing special exhibition of the Yuanmingyuan bronze zodiac head sculptures to understand the historical and cultural value of these sculptures.
