Two cutting-edge projects from Nantong's Chongchuan district—Empower Intelligent Technology Co Ltd’s immersive digital cultural tourism experience and Haodeng Innovation Technology Co Ltd’s blockchain-based anti-counterfeiting and traceability platform—were recently included in the 2024 Jiangsu Province Digital Consumption Innovation Showcase.

Founded in 2018 and based in Chongchuan, Empower Intelligent Technology specializes in developing XR (extended reality) and simulation platforms. This year, the company introduced the "Super Space" dome flight cinema, featuring a six-axis rotating suspension cabin, glasses-free 3D technology, and 360-degree panoramic views. With over 20 immersive experiences available, the cinema offers audiences a thrilling virtual reality experience.

Empower’s products have already been showcased in scenic spots and commercial complexes across Zhejiang, Guangzhou, Beijing, and Hunan. The company projects revenue of approximately 50 million yuan ($6.89 million) this year.

Haodeng Innovation Technology focuses on digital transformation and blockchain-based anti-counterfeiting services. Its integrated anti-counterfeiting and traceability system combines a management platform, anti-counterfeit labeling, and traceability equipment.

This three-in-one solution enhances product safety and reliability by providing transparent traceability, enabling customers to track products back to every distributor and user, while also boosting market utilization rates.

In recent years, Chongchuan has actively explored new pathways for developing its digital economy. The district has built databases for core digital economy enterprises and digital society projects while supporting applications for municipal-level digital economy parks.

To date, 312 companies and 23 digital projects have been included in its development initiatives, further driving innovation in the region.
