Manufacturer Nantong SK Seiko, located in Tongzhou district of Nantong city, East China's Jiangsu province, has developed long-lasting and low-noise ultra micro bearings.

Through a decade of efforts, it has broken the long-term monopoly previously held by Japanese companies in the engineering product.

As a leading enterprise in the domestic ultra micro high-precision bearing industry, Nantong SK Seiko is the first in its field in China to achieve the large-scale production of ultra micro high-end bearing products with an inner diameter of 3 millimeters.

The company established a subsidiary in 2021, focusing on the segmented field of ultra micro bearings. At present, all 45 production lines in the subsidiary are operating at full capacity.

Over the past 10 years, Nantong SK Seiko has continuously increased its investment in research and development equipment and personnel, resulting in the successful development of long-lasting and low-noise ultra micro bearings.

It can now achieve ultra quiet operation in precision control capability for the roughness of the surface of ultra micro bearings. Compared with the two-year service life of ordinary bearings, the service life of Nantong SK Seiko's ultra micro bearings can be extended to 15 years.

The company's ultra micro bearings can be used in base stations, servers, charging stations, smart home appliances, security and sensors, laser radar, medical equipment and in other fields.
