The Institute of Semiconductors at the Chinese Academy of Sciences recently signed a technology cooperation agreement with Zorrun Semiconductor, marking a significant step towards advancing the semiconductor industry.

Zorrun Semiconductor, located in Rugao High-Tech Industrial Development Zone, specializes in wide-bandgap semiconductor crystal materials and equipment manufacturing. The company leads the Chinese market with its advanced diamond MPCVD substrate technology and was recently recognized as a "little giant" enterprise.

With over 50 core intellectual property rights and participation in drafting four national standards, Zorrun has garnered several honors. It has also established research platforms and received approvals for major national talent and research projects.

The company's leadership emphasized the semiconductor industry's vast growth potential and noted that progress relies on support from major research institutes. They see this partnership as a new opportunity to deepen collaboration, seize emerging opportunities, and build a more competitive semiconductor ecosystem.
