On Oct 10, Rugao High-Tech Industrial Development Zone signed a cooperation agreement with Zhejiang Huazhi Yunchang Technology to collaborate on digital content services and boost local economic development.

Zhejiang Huazhi Yunchang Technology specializes in building an internet content ecosystem. By integrating resources, the company generates significant traffic flows that align with local economic features, driving growth in areas like investment, culture, tourism, and employment. It also leverages AI to enhance job skills training to support the employment of underprivileged groups.

The project is poised to utilize 5,000 square meters of office space in the Rugao Software Park to provide video editing, data annotation, video clipping, and IT consulting services for major internet platforms. The project is expected to create around 1,000 stable jobs over the next five years.
