Recently, three companies from Rugao High-Tech Zone were selected for the sixth group of China's national "Little Giant" enterprises, recognized for their excellence in specialized, refined, and innovative industries.

These enterprises—Nantong Chaoda Equipment, Zorrun Semiconductors, and Nantong Chentong Intelligent Technology—are leaders in advanced manufacturing and tech services.

Nantong Chaoda Equipment, a key player in automotive manufacturing solutions, has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange since 2021. The company boasts 143 patents, including 71 for inventions, and provides top-tier equipment for the global automotive industry.

Zorrun Semiconductors excels in developing wide-bandgap semiconductor materials, holds over 50 core patents, and is leading in diamond MPCVD substrate technology.

Nantong Chentong Intelligent Technology specializes in precision manufacturing and high-end equipment, offering custom solutions across industries such as wind power, aerospace, and semiconductors.

Rugao High-Tech Zone is vital in fostering innovation, with 10 national "Little Giant" enterprises and a thriving manufacturing and technology-driven growth ecosystem.
