Shi Yifan, a fourth grader at Zilang, shared how to cook braised fish in brown sauce. As the word for fish in Chinese sounds similar to 'surplus', this dish is eaten to pray for bountiful harvests year after year. Shi has also invited the Spanish students to visit Nantong and experience traditional Chinese culture themselves.
