Shunqu Power Technology (Nantong) Co, located in Haimen district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, achieved mass production of the first domestically designed 10-layer flat wire winding hairpin motor in 2023.

This groundbreaking achievement positions Shunqu Power as the first domestic company, following Tesla, to independently research, develop, and produce this motor model on a large scale.

The 10-layer flat wire winding hairpin motor boasts high efficiency, compact size, low noise, and excellent heat dissipation capabilities. It significantly enhances the power density and efficiency of electric motors, thereby greatly improving the driving range of new energy vehicles.

Established in 2019, Shunqu Power focuses primarily on the research, development, and production of core components for powertrains in new energy vehicles, including drive motors, controllers, sensors, and other key components.

In addition to the 10-layer flat wire winding hairpin motor, the company independently developed a 55kW centralized winding oil-cooled motor in 2020 and achieved mass production in 2021.

With these two flagship products, Shunqu Power has established an annual production capacity of 280,000 sets of motors. The company has gained a solid reputation in the research, development, and production of hybrid and new energy motors, becoming a trusted supplier for leading domestic automakers such as Changan, Chery, and Dongfeng.

Shunqu Power has obtained 31 authorized intellectual property rights, further demonstrating its commitment to innovation and technological advancement in the new energy vehicle industry.
