The 19th Tongzhou high-end industry and high-level talent project cooperation conference took place in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province on Nov 26.

The event was attended by over 300 domestic and international academicians, experts from prestigious institutions, overseas guests, high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents, as well as leaders from technology service organizations and financial institutions.

Shen Lei, deputy secretary of the CPC Nantong Municipal Committee, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. He stated that Tongzhou, as one of the most innovative and promising sectors in Nantong, is becoming an increasingly favored destination for various capital investments, talent innovation, and entrepreneurship. Nantong and Tongzhou are committed to providing the best services and creating an environment for talent to showcase their abilities and engage in entrepreneurial activities, Shen added.

During the ceremony, deals on 36 projects related to talent, science and technology, and investment were signed. Additionally, the inauguration of talent workstations for key enterprises was also held at the event, extending an invitation to outstanding talent.

The event is a comprehensive talent recruitment platform created by Tongzhou, integrating various development elements such as talent, technology, projects, and capital. It has been held for eighteen consecutive sessions, attracting a total of 928 high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents.
