Jiangsu Hengke Advanced Materials Co Ltd located in Tongzhou district, Nantong, Jiangsu province, has recently been included in the 2023 list of intelligent manufacturing demonstration factories and outstanding projects for its intelligent monitoring project.

This recognition come after they were listed as a provincial-level intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory. It is also the first national-level intelligent manufacturing project in Tongzhou.

The selected project for intelligent online monitoring is a vital part of Hengke's smart factory development. Through the accumulation of vast amounts of data during the production process, the project's database is continuously updated to improve algorithm precision.

By utilizing radio frequency identification, a programmable logic controller, industrial cameras, machine vision, and other inspection technologies, automatic online product monitoring is made possible.

The monitoring results can assist management in analyzing the reasons for defective products, optimizing production management, and enhancing product quality.

Data reveals that the current equipment defect omission rate is 0.016 percent, significantly lower than the 0.035 percent omission rate for manual external inspection. Simultaneously, it reduces the workload for personnel by 60 percent.

The national intelligent manufacturing demonstration factory and outstanding scenes initiative aims to select high-tech enterprises from various industries and fields to lead the replication and promotion of successful experiences and models in industrial intelligent manufacturing, further promoting high-quality development in national intelligent manufacturing.
