CIMC Safeway Technologies goes public
CIMC Safeway Technologies Co Ltd was listed on the main board of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on Oct 11, becoming the 12th company from Chongchuan district, Nantong, Jiangsu province to go public.
Located in Chongchuan, the company is a key enterprise under the China International Marine Containers (CIMC) Group and is renowned as the world's largest manufacturer of tank containers, with a wide range of product offerings and cutting-edge technology.
Since its establishment in 2002, the company has continuously innovated and expanded beyond its initial focus on manufacturing chemical storage and transportation equipment. It has evolved into a comprehensive service provider for storage and transportation equipment across various domains, including new energy and chip-related industries.
The company has maintained its position as the global market leader for over a decade.
During the listing ceremony, Yang Xiaohu, chairman of CIMC, emphasized the company's commitment to a development strategy encompassing manufacturing, services, and intelligence. He highlighted their dedication to expanding operations in the field of environmental protection, contributing significantly to China's high-end green transformation in manufacturing.
Hu Yongjun, secretary of the CPC Chongchuan committee, highlighted the district's sustained efforts in policy guidance and support for companies seeking access to the capital market.
Hu also introduced the district's favorable investment environment and invited entrepreneurs present at the event to invest and establish a business presence in Chongchuan.
