Jiangsu Jiangzhong Group based in Rugao in East China's Jiangsu province ranked 372nd on the list of China's top 500 private enterprises, which was officially released at the 2023 China's Top 500 Private Enterprises Summit on Sept 12.

Founded in 1970, Jiangsu Jiangzhong Group is a leading construction company in Rugao. Over the past 50 years, the group has developed into a modern company focusing on construction and real estate development.

The group's market spans nearly 50 cities in China, as well as countries such as the United States, Kuwait and Russia. It has established long-term strategic partnerships with large enterprises including China Mobile, Wanda Group, China State Construction and Zhongliang Holding Group.

The list of China's top 500 private enterprises is released by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce based on a survey of large-scale private enterprises. The enterprises are ranked in descending order based on their annual revenue, and the top 500 companies are selected for publication.

This year, a total of 8,961 companies with annual revenues exceeding 500 million yuan ($69 million) participated in the selection process. The threshold for entry into the top 500 private enterprises was 27.57 billion yuan, an increase of 1.21 billion yuan over the previous year.
