Tongzhou district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, has been focusing on attracting talent as a driving force to propel the new-generation information technology industry in recent years.

The integrated circuit parts industrial park in the district has attracted 120 talent projects, among which is Haoh Information Technology Co Ltd, which has expanded its staff from 10 to over 160.

The company's research and development project has been recognized as a provincial pilot demonstration project for big data industrial development.

In addition to the industrial park, the district boasts many other high-tech enterprises in the IC industry.

Jiangsu Xinertai Technology Co Ltd in Tongzhou developed an intelligent manufacturing testing equipment that helps fill the technological gap in the domestic market.

The company has established a close relationship with notable domestic companies such as China Telecom and China Electronics Technology Group Corporation.

As the number of projects and companies operating in the industry continues to grow, the industrial chain of the new-generation information technology in Tongzhou has been further strengthened.

Last year, the innovative electronic components industry cluster in the district was selected as one of the first eight innovative industrial clusters in Jiangsu province.
