After the week-long Spring Festival from Jan 21-27, operations are resuming in the Gangzha Economic Development Zone in Nantong, East China’s Jiangsu province, local media reported.

All local enterprises above the designated size in the zone have already resumed operations.

To ensure safety, GZEDZ authorities have set up special teams to visit enterprises in the zone and carry out safety inspections.

In addition, authorities have sent professionals to oversee the workplace safety of enterprises.

Next, authorities will strengthen the safety supervision of enterprises and crack down on illegal production protocols.
