The 2023 Nantong Neighborhood Living Festival kicked off in Chongchuan district, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, on Feb 4, local media reported.

The event features activities for six themed days and nearly 50 enterprises participate.

Activities for the six-day event are currently going on in five pilot communities for the "15-minute living circle" project, which aims to ensure that all residents are within a 15-minute walk of a number of living facilities.

Nanchuanyuan community is one of the communities that held the activities on Feb 4.

That day, a large number of stores launched their products with discounts, and folklore performances and lantern riddle activities attracted many residents.

The event is meant to promote the "15-minute living circle" campaign.

As of the end of 2022, 20 pilot communities in the city had built or rebuilt seven community commercial centers and opened 108 chain stores, providing great convenience to residents.
