Huang was a renowned traditional Chinese painter and enjoys similar standing with Qi Baishi.

The art exhibition, sponsored by the Nantong Museum and Zhejiang Provincial Museum, is exhibiting more than 40 calligraphy works and paintings by Huang, showcasing the evolution of his art throughout his life.
