A recruitment livestreaming was held at the Nantong Human Resources Mansion, located in Chongchuan district in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, on Jan 21.

Heads of human resources from seven Chongchuan-based companies were invited to present their positions and company profiles through the livestreaming, as well as answer viewers' questions.

In order to help job seekers obtain more information, the human resources and social security department of Chongchuan district also collected position information from 23 quality enterprises and broadcast them during the livestreaming.

"The considerate services provided by Chongchuan's human resources and social security department enables us to find a job easily without going out, which is very convenient", a college student sent an online message.

The event provided over 400 jobs, gained 82,000 views, and received 1,502 online resumes.

As an emerging form developed rapidly in recent years, livestreaming recruitment has become a new channel for companies' online recruitment. In 2022, the related departments in Chongchuan will normalize livestreaming recruitment and plan to organize and hold at least 100 online job fairs, to better serve resident companies and to introduce more talent to them.
