The waste will be weighed automatically after being placed into the corresponding ports and reward points will be calculated and transferred to users' accounts.
The station is an enclosed unit that prevents foul odors from reaching the public. Inside the station are various devices for deodorization, mosquito and fly eradication, cleaning of the dustbins and sewage disposal.
In addition, a washbasin has been installed aside the station, allowing users to clean their hands after discarding their waste.
In recent years, Rugao has carried out a series of innovative measures to promote waster sorting. A total of 72 waster sorting stations have been set up in 35 residential areas in the urban area.
