A total of 18 brands made the second list of time-honored brands in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, which was recently released by the city's commerce bureau, local media outlets reported.

All of the brands were founded 30 years ago or earlier, involving food, clothes, and other daily necessities. They are not only a major force in stimulating consumption, but they also represent distinct regional culture and bear historical value, officials said.

The first list of 24 time-honored brands in Nantong was released in 2019. It included six China Time-honored Brands, such as Laotianbao jewelry shop, Baipu Yellow Rice Wine, and Linzi Chaogao, as well as 16 Jiangsu Time-honored Brands, such as Sihailou restaurant and Xiting Cuibing.

Let's have a look at the time-honored medicine brands!
