A signing ceremony between Hai'an senior school of Jiangsu Province and Nanjing University (NJU) was held in Hai'an, a county-level city of Nantong, on Aug 6. The School of Liberal Arts of NJU will build an innovation practice base in Hai'an senior school.

In the past decade, Hai'an senior school sent an average of more than 40 high-quality students to NJU each year, becoming one of the NJU’s bases for gaining excellent enrollees.

Hai'an senior school has also received full support from NJU for its development. Each year, the school organizes students to conduct social practice in NJU, and NJU's professors have often given special lectures to the Hai’an students.

Lyu Jian, president of Hai'an senior school, said that with high-quality education resources and the team of professors from NJU, the school aims to strengthen students' awareness of career planning through expanded course selection and guidance for students' growth.

Aug 6 was not only for the signing ceremony. Three professors from the School of Liberal Arts of NJU gave lectures to senior Hai'an students on that same day.
