Hai'an, a county-level city in Nantong, Jiangsu province, has been keeping up with the times and making quick progress in the development of human resources.

Since the beginning of 2020, Hai'an has adhered to a strategy of city revitalization by implementing preferential policies for talent.

In the face of the COVID-19 pandemic, the city has combined online and offline channels to increase the efficiency of talent services.
