A building cooperative was set up at the Yuanrong Center in Chongchuan district, Nantong on June 8. It is the first of its kind in the district and marks a step forward in its economic development.

The cooperative is expected to promote an innovative model for investment attraction that focuses on space, services, and operations. It will act as a service platform for construction companies, proprietors, and property managers.

In recent years, the Yuanrong Center, located in the main urban area of Nantong, has attracted a number of enterprises due to its advantageous location, economic vitality, and abundant information sources.

During the unveiling ceremony, seven members at the first council of the cooperative received letters of appointment, and representatives from a number of enterprises signed agreements to join the cooperative.

It is hoped that all members of the cooperative will interact regularly and take advantage of their respective resources. The cooperative will also work with local commercial areas and colleges.
