A Hai'an-based company which deals with sports products has greatly developed and increased its profits, thanks to its technological transformation, a spokesman for the group said.

Workers now only need to press buttons and the processes – such as adding substances, printing, producing and more – are completed on the production line.

The company, which settled in Hai'an only recently, focuses on sports products, including family swimming pools, swim rings, airbeds and others. 

To date, around 30 million yuan ($4.30 million) has been invested in production equipment. The upgraded equipment helps optimize the production procedures, reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Workers receive detailed training, in order to ensure the high quality of the products, which must pass rigorous inspection before leaving the production line.

The spokesman said the company now is able to produce over 10 million inflatable sports products annually.

The products are sold in supermarkets in more than 100 countries and regions around the world, including Walmart, Auchan and Decathlon.
