The 2019 Rugao International Triathlon kicked off on Nov 3 at the Longyou Lake scenic area in Rugao, a county-level city in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province.

More than 600 participants from China and abroad took part in the games, which included a 1.5-kilometer swim, 40-km bike ride, and 10-km run.

Mian Hao from the Chinese mainland won the men's division with a time of 1 hour 52 minutes 34 seconds, while Zhang Jiajia from Taiwan won the women's division with a time of 2 hours 9 minutes 13 seconds.
