Hai'an's authorities are promoting electronic services for company registration. A special district has been set up to integrate the examination and approval of such items as public security, banking and taxation. Officials said as a result company founders can complete the application for business licenses in the special zone faster and easier. At the same time, consultation desks have been set up to provide guidance and full-time personnel have been arranged to accept and examine a business's documentation.
