Visitors listen to an explanation at an exhibition hall – which has as its central theme compassion and love for your fellow man and woman -- in Rugao city, in Nantong, in East China's Jiangsu province, on Aug 8. The 300-square-meter hall, the first of its kind in Nantong, opened to public for free in July and has become a hit with residents. Pictures, texts, and videos in the hall tell the stories of more than 200 individuals and teams that helped people in need since 2006. The hall aims to promote the spread of a culture of compassion.
