According to local media reports, since the beginning of this year, a total of 90 industrial projects, each of which received over 100 million yuan ($14.54 million) in investment, have started construction in Hai'an, Nantong, a city in East China's Jiangsu province.

On June 15, local authorities made some special arrangements in order to fully promote the construction of the projects and the signing of key projects currently under negotiation, accelerate the upgrading of inefficient industrial land, and introduce more foreign capital and foreign trade.
