A girl from Rugao Foreign Language School in Rugao, a county-level city in Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province, tells a story from the life of Lei Feng (1940-1962), a soldier renowned in China for his generosity and selflessness, on March 4. The school organized a special activity to commemorate the soldier and educate students about Lei Feng, with the following day, March 5, marking "Lei Feng Day", when people across the country hold activities to commemorate him.
