A cultural performance on the theme of "praising rectitude, advocating integrity and promoting development" was held in Gangzha district, Nantong on May 9.

The activity was organized by the district's civil affairs bureau, Yonghe Jiayuan community and Gugang art troupe.

With the aim of praising the Party and singing the achievements of anti-corruption and honesty, the performance is based on the current theme of building a clean and honest government.

It integrates anti-corruption content into songs and dances, musical instruments and comedy sketches, a time-honored and educational approach.

A variety of performances such as musical instruments, dances and Yue opera (or Shaoxing Opera) attracted many residents to stop to watch and won their cheers.

The performance depicted the culture of an honest and clean government to the community so that the vast number of Party members and the masses of the people could come to appreciate clean government through education and entertainment.

It aimed to enhance awareness of the fight against corruption and build a clean government.
