High-density ceramic electronic substrate project breaks ground in NETDA

A groundbreaking ceremony for a new high-density ceramic electronic substrate project took place in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area on July 3.

Covering R&D, production, sales, and supply-chain supporting facilities, the project is based on a total investment of 2 billion yuan ($294.36 million) by Jiangsu Difeida Electronics.

Once the first phase of the project is completed and put into operation, the annual output value can initially reach 1.5 billion yuan. The project is expected to be fully operational by 2031, with an annual output value by that date of 4.5 billion yuan.
