Located in the easternmost part of Jiangsu province, facing the Yellow Sea to the east and the Yangtze River to the south, Yuantuojiao Resort in Qidong, Nantong, is the first place to greet the sunrise in the Yangtze River Delta.

In the past decade, Yuantuojiao Resort has taken advantage of its unique natural landscapes to develop tourism.

The resort's Golden Beach was a vast reed field 10 years ago but is now a large coastal ecological park where tourists can enjoy themselves and play in the sea.

Bihai Yinsha Scenic Area, a national 4A-level scenic spot, was developed from the chaotic aquaculture farms.

Through wharf renovation and ecological restoration, Lianxinggang has become Fisherman's Wharf – a cultural and tourism block integrating tourism, leisure, catering and entertainment.

After 10 years of efforts, Yuantuojiao Resort has become a provincial tourist resort recognized by the Jiangsu Provincial Government.

As an emerging tourist destination, more than 3 million tourists visit the resort every year.
