A series of activities is underway at the Yuantuojiao Resort in Qidong, Nantong, East China's Jiangsu province this summer.

Due to high temperatures during the day, the Yuantuojiao Resort is open to the public at night this summer.

In addition, the resort's Golden Beach Scenic Area is still open to tourists from around the world for free this year.

A seaside music light show has been being held from 7:30 pm to 8:30 pm every night since July 2 in the scenic area.

Visitors entering the resort between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm can watch the light show for free, and starting July 1, visitors to the Golden Beach Scenic Area can get 0.5 kilograms of clams for free with a QR code for entry.

In addition, visitors are able to pick 0.5 kilograms of clams for free.

Furthermore, an aquarium started trial operations in the scenic area on June 9. It covers an area of 700 square meters and mainly showcases marine aquatic life and carries out popular science education.

Sea lion performances are also held at the resort.
