Golden Beach Scenic Area in Qidong's Yuantuojiao Resort has offered a new experience program since Sept 17 enabling visitors to enjoy the sunrise by the sea.

As the first place in the Yangtze River Delta region where visitors can greet the sunrise, the scenic area boasts majestic views when the sun rises.

During the program's trial period in September, the scenic area will open at 5:00 am. Visitors are not allowed to drive in and must wear masks, present their health and travel history QR codes, and have their temperature taken before entering the scenic area due to COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control measures.

The sun rises at around 5:30 am in the autumn season. Below is a schedule for sunrises and sunsets.
