Q3: What are the health management measures for returnees from cities in other areas where a medium or high-risk area is located?

A: (1) People returning to rural areas should hold a negative nucleic acid test report conducted within the prior seven days, have a 14-day home health monitoring on body temperature and symptoms after arrival in Nantong, during which two nucleic acid tests are required, one on the 7th and the other on the 14th day. Only if the monitoring period expires and the second nucleic acid test report is negative can returnees move freely on the premise of a green health QR code and normal temperature; (2) those returning to urban areas must hold a negative nucleic acid test report conducted within the prior seven days and have daily monitoring on personal health conditions to be able to move freely on the premise of a green health QR code and normal temperature.

A: (1) People returning to rural areas from other provinces must hold a negative nucleic acid test report conducted within the prior seven days and have a 14-day home health monitoring on body temperature and symptoms after arrival in Nantong, during which nucleic acid tests are required on the 7th and 14th days. Only if the monitoring period expires and the second nucleic acid test report is negative can returnees move freely on the premise of a green health QR code and normal temperature; (2) all focus groups returning to urban areas and those returning to rural areas from other regions in Jiangsu province must hold a negative nucleic acid test report conducted within the prior seven days and have daily monitoring on personal health conditions to be able to move freely on the premise of a green health QR code and normal temperature; (3) all non-focus groups returning to urban areas and those returning to rural areas from other regions in Jiangsu province must have daily monitoring of personal health conditions, and can move freely on the premise of a green health QR code and normal temperature.

*Focus groups mainly include imported cold chain food workers, port workers who have direct contact with imported goods, and employees in venues for isolated observation.
