Adhering to the principle of "guided by government, organized by villages and communities, collected by recycling sites, participated in by the masses", Yuantuojiao Resort in Qidong, a county-level city of Nantong, has gradually improved the recycling network of waste agricultural plastic films in villages and towns since January.

Yuantuojiao Resort has taken multiple measures to mobilize the public to participate in the recycling of waste agricultural plastic films, such as ensuring the funds are used for recycling, work measures are fully detailed, the pernicious effect as a form of environmental pollution of waste agricultural film on cultivated land is well publicized and the significance of recycling is emphasized.

In addition, the resort further strengthens the management and control of illegal activities such as incineration and random deposits of field garbage in landfills.

To date, Yuantuojiao Resort has set up one waste agricultural plastic film recycling site, issued 300 copies of publicity material concerning waste film recycling and 58 promotional charts, and recycled more than 650 kilograms of waste agricultural film.
