The Jianghai Culture Viewing Avenue is located in the southern part of Yuantuojiao Resort in Qidong, Nantong, next to the Yangtze River. It faces Lianxinggang River to the west and Golden Beach to the east.

The 16-kilometer viewing avenue gathers cultural elements of the Yangtze River.

Its main tourist facilities include a tourist center, three viewing platforms, "the gate of the river" (Yangtze River), "the gate of the sea" (Yellow Sea), the Jianghai pedestrian way, the cultural wave wall and the tulip sea.

Construction of the Bashu - Jingchu and Wuyue culture viewing platforms - has been completed.
