Evergrande Venice is located in the eastern coastal region of the Yuantuojiao Resort in Qidong, in East China's Jiangsu province.

Designed in the style of a Venice-like water city, it is the largest resort town integrating hotels, conferences, sports, food, culture and health facilities.

With investment of over 30 billion yuan ($4.24 billion), Evergrande Venice features a tourism supporting area and a real estate area.

The tourism supporting area includes a platinum seven-star hotel, nine centers (for international conferences, catering, health, sports, badminton, tennis, business, children and entertainment), a bar street and a food street.

The residential area, which will cover 6.2 million square meters, already has supporting kindergartens, and primary, junior and middle high schools.
