Rudong county is rich in power resources. The total capacity of power supply has reached 4.5 million kilovolt-amperes (kVA), the installed capacity of wind power is 4.7 million kilowatts (kW), and infrastructure for power supply is complete. A 220-kV port city substation has been built, with power supply capacity of 840,000 kVA. In addition, a 110 kV Fuqiang substation has been built with power supply capacity of 240,000 kVA. Thus, Yangkou Port has realized double circuit power supply.
