The project was funded and constructed by Jiangsu Hangyang Runhua Gas Co Ltd, with an investment of 240 million yuan ($36 million), of which 140 million yuan was used to purchase production lines and supporting equipment.

The project's new LNG cold energy air separation production line has an annual output of 109,200 tons of liquid oxygen, 108,800 tons of liquid nitrogen and 420,000 tons of liquid argon. The project is now in production.
