In sectors such as metallurgy and chemical processing, the demand for high-volume, high-pressure centrifugal fans has surged. However, traditional designs often suffer from airflow turbulence and energy loss, leading to operational inefficiencies.

Nantong Dart-Rich Fan Co, located in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), has recently launched its new super-sized D-type centrifugal fan, offering a domestic solution to high energy consumption and efficiency decline in large-scale industrial applications.

The fan features a 4-meter-diameter impeller, allowing it to operate under extreme industrial conditions. Its parallel double-layer thin-blade design reduces impeller weight by over 20 percent compared to traditional models, enhancing operational stability and lifespan while optimizing airflow pathways to minimize disturbances and energy loss.

By reducing power consumption, this design also helps enterprises cut carbon emissions and advance the green transition.

Established in 1966 as the former state-owned Nantong Fan Factory, the company has garnered multiple national-level accolades. The rollout of this super-sized centrifugal fan marks another major breakthrough for the company in the high-end equipment manufacturing sector.
