Chile delegation visits Nantong CBZ to strengthen bilateral ties
A delegation from the Iquique Free Trade Zone of Chile, the second-largest free trade zone in the Americas and the largest in South America, recently visited the Nantong Comprehensive Bonded Zone (CBZ).
To establish a mechanism for exchange and cooperation, Nantong Comprehensive Bonded Zone once signed a memorandum of understanding with the Iquique Free Trade Zone in 2023.
The delegation first visited the Nantong CBZ Overseas Commodity Center to learn about the full-chain service process of the overseas products. The center features high-quality products from around the world, including wines and coffees from South American countries such as Chile, Argentina, and Colombia.
Through on-site visits and discussions, the two sides explored cooperation opportunities, promoting more diverse areas of cooperation and enriching forms of economic and trade collaboration between the two regions.
