A square dance performance of Nantong retirees was held on Oct 22 at Jiangsu Shipping College in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA), attracting 13 outstanding teams from across the city. 

At the performance, the teams displayed high spirits and impressive coordination. The Nantong Carnival Dance Art Troupe paid tribute to the motherland with an original dance piece, while the square dance team from NETDA expressed their love for hometown and hopes for the future through their movements. These creative performances earned rounds of applause from the audience. 

The event provided retirees with a platform to display their talent and helped foster a society-wide atmosphere of care and support for elderly people. In the future, NETDA plans to continue integrating resources for elderly services, offering more platforms for cultural and learning exchanges for seniors.
