NETDA forms partnership with economic development zone in Yibin
Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) recently signed a framework agreement for cooperative development with Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone (LETDZ) in Yibin, Sichuan province.
LETDZ was founded in 2009 and gained national status as an economic development zone in 2013. In recent years, it has emphasized the growth of advanced manufacturing sectors including power batteries, smart terminals, and high-end equipment, along with modern services.
NETDA is one of the first 14 national-level economic and technological development zones in China. Over four decades since its founding, it has dedicated itself to high-level opening-up and aimed to develop a major industrial hub.
In the future, both parties aim to promote resource sharing and leverage complementary strengths through collaborative development and industrial synergy. This will further expand and optimize development space, foster trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and establish a regional community dedicated to collaborative innovation.
