Tongwei Solar's Nantong base granted national-level 5G factory

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology recently announced the 2025 5G Factory Directory, with Tongwei Solar Technology Co's Nantong base in Nantong Comprehensive Bonded Zone making the list. 

Tongwei Solar Technology advances through technological innovation, creating new quality productive forces in the energy sector to promote green energy transformation. Its new Nantong facility fully adopts advanced methods like unmanned intelligent manufacturing, digital twin campus management, and outdoor autonomous warehousing logistics. 

Utilizing the high-speed, low-latency, and extensive connectivity of 5G, the company enhances energy distribution to develop an ultra-efficient, adaptable, and green intelligent manufacturing system. 

Its Nantong base has received several certifications, including TÜV SÜD's triple management system certification, the China Classification Society's energy management system certification, and the provincial "four-star cloud enterprise" title.
