The Oyama Vitality Sports Center Project was signed to establish a presence in the Nantong Economic and Technological Development Area (NETDA) on Aug 20. It is expected to boost public participation in sports and strengthen the connection between regional fitness programs and public health services.

The sports center aims to combine various features like sports, fitness, health management, leisure activities, and social events to meet the diverse fitness needs of different groups.

The plans involve creating a diverse and comprehensive array of sports facilities, such as a three-in-one golf practice area, extreme bicycle motocross (BMX) tracks, squash courts, rock climbing walls, and amenities for basketball, badminton, tennis, and soccer. It will also include gyms, dance and yoga studios, sports therapy centers, children's playgrounds, and additional features.

Oyama Group, based in Taiwan, specializes in research, development, production, and sales of sports vehicles. The group has trained many top-tier domestic BMX athletes who have excelled in both national and international competitions, gaining significant influence in the field.
